If you look at the current press, you cannot avoid it: the coronavirus. However, the pandemic known as COVIT-19 is not only affecting people in their everyday lives, but also educational institutions, which must maintain the status quo despite new challenges.
Despite all the difficulties of the present day, innovation processes and further training must not be left behind in the long term. In order to give its scholarship holders further insights into as many different topics as possible, Hanns-Seidel-Foundation also goes digital and breaks new and innovative ground.
Together with the foundation, I develop innovation impulses for the foundation’s promotion of talented people and offer insights into virtual reality, augmented reality and robotics to scholarship holders of different disciplines.
This is just the beginning and in the next few weeks more seminars and web formats will be developed.
I am looking forward to the joint development and the exciting exchange with the students.

Digital Mind Change – A platform for lateral thinkers, visionaries and anyone who challenges the status quo of digitization. A conference to question, rethink and tackle.
And it was exactly on this mindset that I wanted to set up my workshop on 24 October 2019 at the Digital Mind Change vol. 3. In the BMW Welt Munich I took a look at the chances of tomorrow’s world for Futures Space!

How do you design for the end of the world? What does the future hold for the automotive industry and which innovation markets will we open up in the coming years?
In addition to lectures and insights from speakers from Porsche Digital, Rasa, BCG Digital Ventures and Futures Space, hands-on workshops will be offered on the topics of growth management, business model innovation and innovation profiling. The Startup network SUN in cooperation with BCG Digital Ventures is organizing a future conference in Berlin on October 19, 2019.
As board member of the Startup Network, I moderated the day and held two workshops myself. Together with Geoffrey Hildbrand I showed the potential of technologies and disruptive thinking.
On August 29, 2019, Futures Space presented a unique event on the topic of Futures of Food. In the betahaus Neukölln we took the participants on an exploration of the manifold futures and the scenarios how and what we will eat in the future. In innovative talks and workshops we dealt with nutrition systems; we discussed about food security, production, gastronomy and innovations and what this means for our health and well-being.
With changing environmental conditions, such as extreme weather conditions, scarcity of resources and population growth, the question arises where we will source our food in the future? Are we jumping from global to local? What are the alternatives to animal products? What role does technology play in food innovation? The focus on health & wellness and superfoods is changing our eating habits. What does personalized nutrition actually mean?
These questions and topics were the focus of the evening. We also looked at changes in human behaviour and consumption habits, as well as how companies and individuals deal with food waste. Another „Night of the Futures“ on a megatrend that will have a lasting impact on our lives.
The summary of the event can be found here!
Our world is changing. Digital transformation and technologies, it seems, are conquering not only our everyday lives, but also our business world. In order to be able to survive in the market in the long term, companies are currently desperately looking for solutions in this rapidly changing market.
The program High Tech ↔ High Touch by Business Mindsetterin and Improwiserin Dorothea Anzinger and innovation profiler and Future Strategist Alexander Pinker should help companies to master the change. The focus lies beside the development of the technological chances also on humans.
In order to develop a digitally Mindset, both the technological, and the interhuman authority must be sharpened. An important point in everything is that patience and vision are the basis of digital change.

Have you ever seen a new product, a new app or a new company and thought: „This was my idea a few years ago“? If so, it means you didn’t have a process to move that idea from concept to creation. The startup weekend is your chance to learn how to turn your idea into reality within a few days!
From 03 May to 05 May 2019 I will be available to the participants as a coach and help them to advance the ideas developed during the weekend.

The world of business is changing. In order to find candidates for vacant jobs, companies are embarking on new ways of approaching applicants. In the War for Talents, it is important for personnel managers to cultivate the employer brand in order to be perceived more positively by applicants than their competitors.
In keeping with the theme, we are holding a workshop with bfz gGmbH Rosenheim. It is aimed at interested entrepreneurs, personnel managers and trainers and takes place as part of the „Jobstarter plus“ project „DigiKompiV – Digitale Kompetenzen im Verbund“.
Participation in the workshop is free of charge for companies.
